Anti-static slippers

Common materials include PU, PVC, EVA and SPU.

Working principle of anti-static slippers

Not using anti-static shoes or using them incorrectly in a specific environment will not only bring hidden dangers to on-site safety production, but also greatly endanger the health of workers.

Esd slippers are a kind of work shoes. Because they can suppress the dust generated by people walking in clean rooms and reduce or eliminate the hazards of static electricity, they are often used in production workshops, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, clean workshops and laboratories in the microelectronics industry such as electronic semiconductor devices, electronic computers, electronic communication equipment, and integrated circuits.

These slippers can conduct static electricity from the human body to the ground, thereby eliminating the static electricity of the human body, and can effectively suppress the dust generated when people walk in the clean room. Suitable for clean workshops and laboratories in pharmaceutical factories, food factories and electronics factories. Anti-static slippers are made of PU or PVC materials, and the soles are made of anti-static and non-slip materials, which can absorb sweat.

Functions of anti-static safety shoes:

1. Esd slippers can eliminate static electricity accumulation in the human body and prevent electric shock from power supplies below 250V. Of course, the insulation of the sole must be considered to prevent the hazards of induction or electric shock. Its requirements must meet the GB4385-1995 standard.

2. Electrical insulation Anti-static safety shoes can insulate people’s feet from charged objects and prevent electric shock. Its requirements must meet the GB12011-2000 standard.

3. Soles The outsole materials of anti-static insulation shoes use rubber, polyurethane, etc. The state has made clear regulations on the performance and hardness of the outsole of anti-static labor protection shoes. They must be tested with folding and wear resistance testing machines and hardness testers. When choosing shoes, press the sole with your fingers. It must be elastic, non-sticky, and soft to the touch.
